What is the pet policy?

We allow cats and dogs.

Pet Policy: $350 for 1 pet $500 for 2 pets, $25 monthly pet rent per pet.

Restricted Breeds: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Siberian Husky, Akita, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Presa Canario, Alaskan Malamute, and Wolf Hybrid

No weight restriction.

What is the rental criteria?

Income requirements: Three times the monthly rent gross income. Must show most recent income for the past month.

What is the parking policy?

There is an onsite parking garage connected to our homes. Ease of access to elevators and stairs for convenience. Gate entry will be located on the first floor. Residents will be provided access upon move in.

What fees are required in addition to rent?

App Fee: $75 per applicant

Admin Fee: $200 per application

Deposit: $200 – Up to one months rent based on credit/criminal screening

Smart Home Tech Bundle: $79 includes internet, valet trash, pest control
